HWEA will be the organization of dedicated and knowledgeable professionals
recognized for preserving and enhancing the water environment in the Pacific Island Region.

The Young Professionals (YP) group is open to all water and wastewater professionals who have less than five years work experience in the industry or are under the age of 35. This is a joint group between Hawaii Water Environment Association (HWEA) and American Water Works Association (AWWA) Hawaii Section. This group offers a unique opportunity for YPs to get involved in the AWWA and HWEA organizations, network with peers in their field of work, and to continue their education.
