- The Hawaii Water Environment Association is holding a photo competition in conjunction with the 2012 HWEA conference. The intent of this competition is to promote the wastewater industry within our state by showing compelling, artistic imagery of the facilities, operators, equipment and other wastewater infrastructure throughout our state.
