The American Water Works Association Hawai‘i Section and the Hawai‘i Water Environment Association are proud to announce the eleventh annual joint conference now known as the Pacific Water Conference at the Hawai‘i Convention Center from February 4-6, 2025. Our joint conference committee is hard at work to bring you an exciting, fun, and educational conference.
The Pre-Conference Workshop kicks things off on February 4 with multiple pre-conference tracks.
More information regarding the latest pre-conference technical agendas will be posted when made available.
The Conference officially opens on February 5 and lasts through February 6. Remember to check out the exhibitors showcasing the newest and latest products in the industry. With a variety of technical session tracks to choose from, there’s sure to be one that piques your interest. The conference golf tournament will be held on February 7 at the Hawaii Prince Golf Course, and the community service event will take place on February 8.

*Speakers receive conference access, lunch, evening event (only applicable for Wednesday & Thursday Speakers) and parking for day that they are presenting at a special registration rate (Tuesday, Pre-Conference - $100, Wednesday/Thursday, Conference - $150) . For an additional rate (Tuesday, Pre-Conference - $100, Wednesday/Thursday, Conference - $200) speakers can purchase conference access, lunch, evening event (only applicable for Wednesday & Thursday Speakers), and parking for each additional day of the conference for which they are not presenting. Speaker rate is for ONE person per session.

**Exhibitors: fee includes 2 exhibitor conference access (2 day attendance & parking) + 2 meet & greet tickets. Lunch and banquet tickets can be purchased separately. Additional meet & greet tickets can be purchased separately.

***Students: $50 entry fee includes parking. Students get a booklet (if we have extras) but DO NOT receive conference bags. Lunch & evening events can be purchased separately.

Note:
1. We are providing a Young Professionals (YP) pre-conference discount of $50 off if you sign up for the YP pre-conference track. No code is necessary to receive the discount.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made by December 20, 2024 will receive a 95% refund of fees paid Cancellations made by January 10, 2025 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid After January 24, 2025, no refunds will be issued. Paid registrations may be transferred at cost.

*IMPORTANT NOTE* - Purchase of name badges, lunch/banquet tickets, parking validation, etc. is NOT available at this time. This is ONLY for exhibitor booth(s) pre-registration. Once the main registration site is open, you will need to purchase all these additional items at that time (Separate registration and purchase).
- Pre-Registration Booth Fee = $1,500/booth, Must pay by credit card at time of registration. No checks will be accepted for pre-registration.
- This pre-registration is password protected and will only be accessible to the vendors that provided us their pre-registration information during the 2024 Pacific Water Conference. All others will not be allowed to pre-register for a booth at this time.
- You will have 30-days to complete your registration from the time you receive the email. If you delay, you will need to wait until regular registration opens.
- Once your registration has been completed and payment received, we will begin assigning booths in the order of first come, first serve.
