2025 HWEA Collection Systems Conference Sponsorship

The Hawaii Water Environment Association (HWEA) is holding its 12th Biennial Collection System Conference scheduled for Tuesday, November 4, 2025 & Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the Ko’olau Ballrooms Conference Center, in Kāne’ohe, O’ahu, Hawai’i. Collection System Conference Sponsorship Opportunities:

• Platinum ($1000): Standalone PowerPoint slide displayed on the technical session screen between presentations on both November 4 and 5.Logo displayed on a banner, the registration site, conference email blasts, and social media posts.
• Gold ($750): Standalone PowerPoint slide displayed between presentations on November 4 only. Logo displayed on a banner, the registration site, conference email blasts, and social media posts
• Silver ($500): Logo displayed on a shared PowerPoint slide with other sponsors during sessions on both November 4 and 5. Logo displayed on a banner, the registration site, conference email blasts, and social media posts.
• Lanyard Sponsorship ($1,000): Exclusive sponsorship of the HWEA Collection System Conference Name Badge Lanyards.
