Founded in 1904, Waikiki Aquarium is an institution and a part of university of Hawaii at Manoa since 1919. The aquarium is the second oldest still-operating public aquarium in the United States, after the New York Aquarium. Built next to a living coral reef on the Waikīkī shoreline, the Waikīkī Aquarium is home to more than 3,500 organisms of 490 species of marine plants and animals.

What is your favorite memory in HWEA?
My favorite memory in HWEA is participating in the collections conference where I had the opportunity to present about what the Analysis Branch does for the Collections System Maintenance (CSM). The engagement and positive feedback from peers were incredibly rewarding.
