No. Texas Chapter of WEAT is sponsoring a water reuse & water conservation workshop in 2/2001 entitled, "Is it water, water everywhere or not a drop to drink? TNRCC's current regulations make it more difficult to obtain a "Bed & Banks Water Right Permit" that has historically been used to transport reclaimed water downstream to a point of use. Several pending reuse permit applications should clarify the degree to which these regulations will impact reuse projects. |
