The Hawaii Water Environment Association (HWEA), a member section of the Water Environment Federation (WEF), welcomes your participation as an exhibitor in the 30th Annual HWEA Conference.
We will again be at the Hawaii Convention Center, the State of Hawaii’s world-class convention and
exhibition facility. Due to our continuous efforts to provide the exhibitors with the best presentation
facilities, we shall again have our Annual Conference exhibits in the Kamehameha III Exhibition Hall
located on the ground floor. We listened to your suggestions from past conferences and have made efforts
to maximize your “face” time with Conference attendees by:
- Providing over 56,000 square feet of exhibition space with all exhibits in one room,
- Having longer breaks between presentations for attendees to visit the exhibits,
- Providing vehicle access into the exhibit hall to allow large equipment and vehicle displays,
- Conducting more events in and around the exhibits including the Conference registration,
Wednesday lunch, Operations’ Challenge and refreshment service.
This is a great opportunity to showcase the water and wastewater industry’s cutting-edge technologies to a
worldwide market.
We are also asking for your voluntary support to help defray costs and provide services to enhance the experience of attending the Conference. You can help in the following ways:
- Monetary contributions to HWEA,
- Donation of door prizes.
Details for contributions and donations instructions can be found on the HWEA website. Contributors and
donors will be recognized in the Conference booklet and on poster boards located in the Kamehameha III Exhibition Hall and on the 3rd Floor Meeting Room area. As always, your role as exhibitors in our event
that has made the Conference a success over the years and we are most grateful for your continued support
of HWEA through your participation in our Conference.
Please complete and return the registration forms available for download here. For more information, please feel free to
