The Young Professionals (YP's) are members of the Hawaii Water Environment Association (HWEA) and/or the Hawaii Section of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), age 35 years and younger. Most of us are new to the profession with less than 10 years of work experience. The goal of our committee is to encourage YP's to get involved with HWEA and/or AWWA while meeting fellow YP's and other professionals within the organization. The Young Professionals Committee was established in 2005 and has organized community service activities, construction site visits, techinical demontionstrations and much more!
