The Hawaii Water Environment Association (HWEA), a member section of the Water Environment Federation (WEF), welcomes your participation as an exhibitor in the 34th Annual HWEA Conference.  We will once again be utilizing the Neal S. Blaisdell Center, Exhibition Hall with over 65,000 square feet of exhibition space to showcase your products and services, and provide an opportunity to interact with close to 400 conference attendees.

 

We are also asking for your voluntary support to help defray costs and provide services to enhance the experience of attending the Conference. Details for contributions and donations instructions can be found on the Contributions link.  Contributors and donors will be recognized in the Conference booklet and on poster boards located in the Exhibition Hall.

 

Each Booth Includes the Following:

• 10-foot x 10-foot booth space

• 5.5-inch x 17-inch company identification sign

• 8-foot high back wall

• 3-foot high side rail

• 6-foot table and skirt

• 2 chairs

• 2 parking passes provided per booth registered

• 2 tickets per meal and function provided per booth registered.

Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
